About the Program

Who should apply?

These programs are intended for current college students or recent college graduates. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or has recently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and has an internal drive to be successful, a flexible mindset, and a willingness to learn across different functions.

What lies ahead?

In each program, the associate will partner with peers, mentors, and their manager for a successful learning and development experience. The goal of each program is to enhance the skillset and knowledge base through job shadowing, on the job activities, project based work, and development trainings as a way to prepare for a successful full-time role with the company.

Linde Engineering Americas College Recruitment Program

We pride ourselves in gaining new talent by attending college recruitment fairs, offering internship programs for current students, presenting special job opportunities for recent graduates, and attending DE&I conferences, like Society for Women Engineers and National Society of Black Engineers. Each year, we aim to attend college recruitment fairs and events during the fall and spring semesters for several distinguished colleges and universities across the U.S. Our team typically recruits individuals who study chemical, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
