The Hydrogen Technical Orientation Program (HyTOP) is designed to gain specialization in our booming Hydrogen business. The successful candidate will report to the HyTOP Program Manager and will be part of the Linde Gases HyCO Operations Excellence group. This program is 18 months in duration.
The program includes 2-3 rotational mentor-led assignments intended to provide variety in experience. The position interfaces with various functional teams including Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Process Controls, Maintenance, Reliability, Process Safety, and Operations.
The engineer must be willing to travel to other locations throughout the U.S. and be open to relocation as necessary for rotation of assignment while in the program. The extent of travel may be up to 25%.
The Leadership Technical Orientation Program (LTOP) specializes in cultivating strong operations leadership skills within Linde’s United States Bulk and On-Site Gases business. This program has an annual class of engineers that go through 52 weeks of training in a structured curriculum that is designed to give broad exposure to all aspects of air separation plant operations.
The curriculum contains training common to operations with an opportunity for technical cross training. The LTOP is a mentored program, with each participant assigned a sponsor, and is specifically designed for those desiring to use an engineering/technical degree to leverage a management career and grow within the organization. You will be assigned to a plant location that minimizes the need for future relocation, but participants must be willing to relocate within the U.S. if the need arises.
Challenge yourself: push your own boundaries as you face demanding business assignments.
Embrace the new: get to know new cultures, traditions, and practices by relocating and travelling.
Hone your skills: mentoring and individually tailored training will increase your potential.
Make connections: connect with other graduates and employees to establish a network for the future.
Shape your career: this is just the beginning – a leading career awaits you afterwards.
