Who should apply?

If you are an ambitious, young engineering graduate in India, the CATALYST program could give your career the boost it needs to reach new heights.

• We are looking for Engineering graduates who are motivated, self-driven and keen to get involved in projects and activities to fill roles in Operations and Sales.       
• The ability to work well in a team is important, as are strong communication skills.
• We value open minds and a willingness to work across functions and locations.
• Proficiency in English is a must.

Throughout the 12-month CATALYST program you will take on real responsibilities that will challenge and push your abilities; you will grow and develop professionally through structured skills training; and you will build your professional networks by connecting with other bright minds. Exposure to different departments and locations will ensure that you see the big picture. Of course, experienced guides will be on hand to support you throughout your journey.

How does selection work?

We recruit for the CATALYST program via campus recruiters at different Indian universities. The application procedure thereafter involves aptitude tests, a group discussion, and a Senior Management interview.
