Start surveyAt Linde Region South Pacific, we are looking for Engineering graduates with disciplines in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Mechtronics Engineers.
Our program is also available to Bachelor of Business / Commerce degrees in the following disciplines- accounting, economics, finance, management, logistics and supply chain.
To be considered for this program, you must have, no more than 2 years working experience. You will be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or have Australian Permanent Residency status at the time of application and have a strong willingness to learn and work with others.
We will support you to finetune your talent and skills to drive innovation and deliver outcomes.
There are many geographically diverse opportunities in Australia & New Zealand for you to apply your skills and develop your career within this two-year program. It’s designed with the end in mind - and leads to chartership status from relevant professional bodies. During your time, you’ll do at least two rotations, spending nine to twelve months in each position and each one will involve a new team, manager and goals. You may even get to travel overseas - we are a global company after all!

The steps below detail our recruitment process and what to expect if you decide to apply.
Step 1: You submit online

Step 2: Virtual testing begins
If selected, you’ll be invited to an online ability test.
Step 3: Virtual interview
If successful, we arrange to have a videoconference interview.
Step 4: The final hurdle
Successful candidates come to an assessment centre for one day.
