Your application workflow will launch. This usually includes some questions, upload areas for your attachments, and relevant consent forms. For some jobs, you might have the option to “easy apply” via LinkedIn. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation mail and subsequent updates as to your application status via mail.
While you wait, our Recruiters and Hiring Managers will screen your application. During this time, if you wish to amend your application, please reach out to the respective recruiter. If your experience and qualifications match what we are looking for, we will invite you to an interview which can be on site, via phone or via Microsoft Teams.
After a successful interview the respective recruiter will contact you and provide you information on the next steps. You’ll get details including start date, benefits, and other relevant onboarding information. Feel free to ask questions at this stage.
You’ll get confirmation that we’ve received your signed offer and then we are good to go. Welcome to Linde! Your onboarding will start right away, and your local HR Team will guide you through the next steps.
What is the status of my application?
The local HR department will review all applications and reply to you as soon as possible. In case of questions, please reach out to the respective Recruiter / HR Manager.
I can't find a job which suits me now. Is it possible to send a speculative application?
We have opened up an area in our external job market for unsolicited roles within Europe / Middle East and Africa where you are able to add an unsolicited application.
